Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to handle accounts payable, branch reconciliation, vendor registration, bill entries, stock records, payment queries, and other day-to-day accounting activities.

Manage accounts payable and maintain payment records.
Perform branch-wise reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Register new vendors and maintain vendor records.
Handle vendor payment queries and coordinate for timely payments.
Enter purchase bills, invoices, and other accounting transactions in Tally.
Maintain stock records and coordinate with the Store and Purchase Departments.
Receive, verify, and maintain original bills and supporting documents.
Check bills for accuracy, approvals, and proper documentation.
Maintain accounting records, files, and registers systematically.
Coordinate with internal departments and branches regarding accounts-related matters.
Perform other accounts-related duties as assigned by management.

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and accounts payable.
Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
Good command of Excel formulas, data handling, and reconciliation.
Knowledge of vendor payments, purchase bills, stock records, and accounting documentation.
Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
